Ashley Waite, Assistant Director

Ashley Waite is the Assistant Summer Camp Director as well as Retreat Manager for Evergreen. She has been wholeheartedly in love with camping ministry since she was 10 years old! This year will mark her 8th summer and 3rd full-time year as a camp employee.

In the Fall of 2008, the doors were opened wide for Ashley to become part of the ministry of Camp Evergreen for the 2009 summer.  At the end of the summer, Evergreen needed a manager for the newly-established retreat ministry. Ashley was offered the job and was thrilled with the opportunity.

Ashley loves everything about camp: enjoying God’s beautiful wilderness (including the awesome bugs that He has made!), working with the amazing staff, living in the community that camp creates, and sharing the wonder of camp with every person who comes through its gates! She looks so forward to working with you, your children, and your group!
