Camp Handbook and Forms
Please note, a 50% deposit is due at registration, and complete payment and forms must be received no later than JUNE 1, 2008 in order to hold your spot in a session.
Kids' Camp Forms:
1. Kids' Camp Handbook: includes directions and packing list; please print for your reference
2. Waiver Forms and Medical Information: Due no later than June 1.
3. Horseback Riding Waiver Form Only necessary if your camper is registered for horseback; Due no later than June 1.
4. Camper Code of Conduct: Due no later than June 1
