Kids' Camp Forms:

1. Kids' Camp Handbook: includes directions and packing list; please print for your reference

2. Waiver Forms: Also includes Camper Code of Conduct and Sunburst Stables Horseback Waiver.  Due no later than Friday, May 18, 2012.

3. Health Forms: to be completed by parent/guardian and physician.  Due no later than Friday, May 18, 2012.
