We’re so excited that you’re joining us at camp this summer! Get ready for new adventures, new friends, new spiritual growth and new memories that we hope will last a lifetime. As you prepare to come to camp, we invite you to check out all the resources this page has to offer. One of the phrases we use often at camp is “When the time is right, you will know!” In the spirit of this phrase, we intentionally withhold some fun surprise details, revealing them to our campers little by little to make camp days even more fun. But before you come, we want you to have as much helpful information as possible. We want you to feel at ease with registration, packing, and all camp safety procedures and policies so that you can trust that you’ve placed your child in good hands when you drop off. It’s such an honor to spend a session getting to know our campers and pouring into their lives!

What Parents Need to Know

  • Forms & Bunk Requests

    Log in to our system with your camp registration credentials at any time to view registration and payment details. If you didn’t get the chance to request one cabin mate when you registered, you can also log back into the Parent Portal to make the request or contact Camp Director Katie.

    The portal will also display any incomplete forms or waivers needing your attention.

    From freshly designed camp t-shirts, hats and water bottles to snacks, gatorades and knick-knacks galore, the camp store is a happening spot. There’s no need to bring money to camp, but you can automatically add camp store cash to your child’s registration account at any time.

THEME REVEAL — SUMMER 2026

Campfire

We’ll hear the stories of God’s people camping in the wilderness, sitting before the warmth and light of the pillar of fire—the presence of God Himself.

“The Israelites left Succoth and camped at Etham on the edge of the wilderness. The Lord went ahead of them. He guided them during the day with a pillar of cloud, and he provided light at night with a pillar of fire. This allowed them to travel by day or by night. You can now go ahead and secure your spot—and theirs—when you fill out the form and make a $100 online deposit by October 1. You’ll lock in 2026 rates and receive priority registration for Summer 2027. 

Plus, you’ll have a chance to win an additional $150 off your child’s registration fee if the new family registers their child for Summer 2027.
