Get Ready For Camp 2024

Everything you need to know about camp this summer!

Whether it is your first time to camp or you are a Camp Evergreen veteran, this summer will look different in some new and exciting new ways! Below is all you need to know this summer.

1. Log-in to our Parent Portal here or visit the ‘Parent Portal’ link in our navigation bar (same log-in you registered with) click the circle with your initials in the upper right hand corner, to access your dashboard. This will give you access to all of your registrations details, let you make cabin mate requests and fill out health forms! These forms must be completed two weeks before your camp session begins.

2. Read our Camp Handbook for ALL camp logistics (drop-off and pick-up times), packing lists and camp schedules! It is a must-read before this summer and will answer all of your overnight camp questions! For Day Camp families, check out our Day Camp packing list below.

3. Download our Bunk1 App! Stay in touch with your camper during camp, you (and family members who you invite) will be able to connect with your camper during camp through Bunk Notes (emailed letters) and photos! You will receive complimentary access to our camp photo gallery but need to purchase a bundle for photos to have facial recognition and to send Bunk Notes. All of these features can be found in the Bunk1 app! NOTE: Log-in to this app with the exact same user name and password you used for our registration site! Download App here: iOS | Android

4. Get to know our awesome summer staff, leading up to camp, we will be sharing their bios on Instagram! We are so excited to welcome back old and many NEW college and high school staff members. Many of these college students are mentored year-round by Camp Director Katie and Camp Pastor Toby through a college ministry that meets in their home. Check out our safety page to see the extensive trainings (including Stewards of Children training) they must complete before joining our staff team. In addition to these trainings, they also sign a Statement of Faith and are personally discipled by Katie and Toby throughout the summer. We are thrilled to have such quality staff on our team!

5. We are thrilled to welcome so many NEW camp families this year! If this is your first time to visit camp, below you will find variety of directions to camp based on where you are traveling from. Also, if you have time to explore the area after camp drop-off or pick-up, we’ve included a list of Camp Director Katie and Camp Pastor Toby’s favorite things to do around camp.
